Like an “arañita” (little spider), she tirelessly weaves connections across sectors, fostering genuine relationships. Originating from the Dominican Republic and nurturing his skills in Panama, James Reyes brings a multicultural perspective to Birdee Media as its co-founder. With over fifteen years of experience across graphic design, marketing, web development, and filmmaking, he personifies Birdee Media’s values of authenticity, creativity, and trust. His entrepreneurial ventures span several countries, reflecting the company’s commitment to building bridges between diverse communities. In the fast-paced and evolving world of marketing, pioneers Ivette Heredia and James Reyes found a shared purpose within the confines of a mainstream marketing firm.
James, an inventive digital graphic designer from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and Ivette, a tenacious entrepreneur raised in rural Oregon, enhanced by the multicultural tapestry of California for 13 years (with roots running deep in Michoacán, Mexico) recognized a crucial gap overlooked by traditional marketing agencies: Serving and engaging diverse communities.
Emboldened by their shared vision, they launched Birdee Media in November 2019. This multicultural marketing agency emerged from their steadfast commitment to serving vibrant and diverse communities in novel and engaging ways.
