Job Title:

Marketing Account Manager

Company: Birdee Media

Job Type: Hybrid Position, mostly remote

Location: Beaverton, OR

($42k – $50k) + commission, based on experience

Job Description:

As a Marketing Account Manager at Birdee Media, you will be a crucial link between our clients and our internal marketing teams. You will manage client accounts, meet their needs, and deliver results. This hybrid position allows for a mix of remote and in-person work as required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships.
  • Act as clients’ main point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Regularly engage in meetings and discussions to assess client goals and objectives.

 

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Present marketing plans and proposals to clients for approval.

 

Social Media Management:

  • Create (to a degree), manage, and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to clients for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, create reels,  and incorporate them into client strategies.

 

Media Buying and Campaign Coordination:

  • Planned and executed media buying strategies to maximize the reach and impact of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, content creation, and SEO efforts.
  • Monitor the performance of digital campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results and achieve client objectives.

 

Event Attendance:

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Birdee Media and clients as necessary.
  • Network with potential partners and clients at events to foster business opportunities.

 

Client Visits:

  • Arrange in-person meetings with clients as needed to build rapport and provide updates.
  • Travel to client locations to maintain strong relationships and understand business operations. In-state and out-of-state visits are required. 

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish and writing is required.
  • *While 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates who may not have prior experience but demonstrate a strong passion for marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
